Carlene Roberts: Chief Executive Officer
A professional who has served in a healthcare, community, and educational setting. With over 15 years as an Administrative Professional, Carlene has also served as a liaison, caretaker, and representative for people with a variety of needs in a healthcare setting as well as a Medical Biller/Coder. As a Community Advocate and Mentor in the community, she provided mentoring and emotional support to families and at-risk youth in crisis and specializing in event planning, workshops, seminars, and public speaking. She interacts well with media and coordinate marketing/promotional packages and other public related subjects. Finally, as an Educator, she is a fully certified Para-Professional, Carlene have worked as an elementary, middle, and high school teacher. In addition to creating and assisting with the development of creative curriculums for public schools, camp directors, outreach programs, and many other community programs. She currently teaches for Virginia Beach City Public Schools and is a Counselor for Intercept Youth Services. At Four C's Senior Care, she is responsible for all daily business operations. Carlene directs and manages all facets of the companies short term and long term goals, policies, procedures, and initiatives. Carol Stephen: President

A self-starter and motivated team player working in the healthcare industry. She has worked as a Patient Care Representative and Administrative Associate for Sentara Healthcare System for over 15 years and is currently working as a Medical Assistant. During this time she manages and trains volunteer and other administrative staff. Also, she serves as a member of Sentara's H.E.A.T. (Hospital Emergency Assistance Team). Carol has received training in Nursing Assisting at Tidewater Community College and FEMA for technical emergency response. At Four C's Senior Care, Carol manages employment, staff schedules and training, coordinate activities, and social events.
