Corona Virus (COVID-19) Message

Dear Four C’s family,

As the situation regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we want to reiterate that the health and safety of our team , clients, and surrounding communities are our top priority. We are taking every precaution and putting preventive actions in place as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Every Team member is charged with the highest standard of personal hygiene as well as taking responsibility for doing their part in maintaining cleanliness in their work area. We are ensuring you that our Team has the information they need to stay healthy, and staff not feeling well are being asked to stay home.

We will continue our regular operations and assignments unless, otherwise, recommended or directed from the state and CDC. We ask that you assist us with the following…

1. During this time, we ask that each client home to be well stocked with cleaning supplies. It is a recommendation that hand sanitizes and disinfectant spray are placed by the entrance of where our staff enters and in the areas of where our staff primarily care for your loved one.
2. Please keep our staff informed of any interactions out in the community as well as visitors that have entered the homes. Just in case someone may have come in contact with anyone exposed because there are certain precautions we have to take.
3. We are limiting providing services outside in the community. All of our services will be done with the clients home. We will be utilizing outside resources such as delivery services to assist with anything we would need.
4. Staff will only assist in any medical care or medically related appointments.

We will continue to follow the health and safety procedures that exist within our organization and state regulated standards. Our team is reminded that compassion and comfort are two out of our four core values and that, as always, we will keep that a priority in our interactions with our clients and their families while on duty.

Our belief is that we should rely on our faith for peace, strength, and utilize wisdom. We are staying committed and focused on the mission placed before us… and that is being of service.

They are a spouse, partner, family member, friend, or neighbor that devote themselves to manage health issues, appointments, daily living tasks, transportation, and medication management.
